This Privacy Policy explains how Wingmate ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Wingmate mobile app and the website at getwingmate.app (the "Service").

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account and profile data — such as a display name, preferences, and onboarding answers you choose to provide
• Flight and usage data — flights you save, tool sessions, check-ins, and similar in-app activity stored to provide the companion experience
• Device and diagnostics — app version, device type, crash reports, and performance data
• Purchase information — subscription status processed by Apple, Google, or our payment partners (we do not receive your full payment card number)
• Communications — messages you send to hello@getwingmate.app or other support channels

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Personalize briefings, reminders, and in-app guidance
• Process subscriptions and prevent fraud
• Monitor reliability, fix bugs, and understand product usage
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

You can also adjust notification permissions in your device settings and manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

If you use the Service from outside the country where our systems are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.
